India must be ready to host new and innovative ventures in football, isn't it Goa restrting India's ISL revolution is chincy? The same goes for Super League Kerala. Since the tournament commences on September 7th, they are in for a treat of fast-paced action & youngblood as well. Incidentally, six teams hailing from football-rich regions of Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur Malappuram Kozhikode and Kannursum up the tournament which is more than just a competition—it's a celebration of Kerala's deep-rooted culture.

Super League Kerala has been organized by the Kerala Football Association (KFA) and Scoreline Sports Private Limited together. This collaboration brings solid professionalism to the league and a genuine desire to set high standards for football in Kerala state. But it is more than just another league, and in fact a grand new project that could possibly make Kerala the football hub in India.
The Super League Kerala has everything that a state-level football team require from infrastructure to facilities and of course an enthusiastic fan base in place, as it is something which looks set out on the paper only. It isn't just a competition but also provides an opportunity for local players to play given that they will now learn from the best.
The Format: For Max Drama, Split It in Two Rounds
The tournament will be divided into two stages — the league phase followed by a knockout stage.
League Phase (Home and Away): All the six teams will play against each other twice, making sure that every fan in different cities can enjoy their team live. It would be competitive, as all the teams who do finish in top four of their respective groups will qualify from the group stage to knockout round.
Knockout Phase: The top four teams from the league phase will compete in the semifinals, culminating in a grand final on 10th November 2024. The knockout rounds will test the teams' resilience and determination, and only one will be crowned the inaugural champion.
